The "Modern Sparkle" template is a contemporary, bold design with a unique graphic element that gives plain white cards a bit of distinction. You have selected the "No Bleed" design which will print 10 cards per page with a white border between cards. For borderless cards, try the 8 up "Full Bleed" version.
